Our skin consultations helps us to better understand your skin.
Your therapist will talk through your skincare concerns and create a tailored skincare routine and/or professional treatment routine that will transform your skin. Throughout your consultation, your therapist will discuss your concerns, giving you the chance to communicate your expectations. Our therapists want to guide you into understanding the how and why of your skin. Our goal is to treat, not just sell.

Secret Skincare (medicated) Consultation

Most people don’t know what product will be best for their skin concerns, which is where the Secret Skincare doctors’ step in to help. If you’re unsure what product to choose from within the range, their doctors will make the recommendation for you. To get your recommendation, simply book a consultation and together we can complete the skin questionnaire.

An in-depth skin analysis with a professional skin therapist, to outline skin problems.
This time is product or service redeemable, our therapist will outline an extensive skin journey plan and assess skin health, we will use your total paid to allocate treatments or skincare products to help provide skincare education.
