Your therapist will talk through your skincare concerns and create a tailored skincare routine and/or professional treatment routine that will transform your skin. Throughout your consultation, your therapist will discuss your concerns, giving you the chance to communicate your expectations. Our therapists want to guide you into understanding the how and why of your skin. Our goal is to treat, not just sell.
Aesthetics Consultant

Our Aesthetics consultations helps us to better understand your aesthetics goals.
We see every initial consultation as the start of a potential long term relationship. This is when we begin to get to know you as a person, listen to your concerns, find out your aesthetic goals, assess your facial anatomy, and together formulate a treatment plan. What to expect for treatment costs, downtime and at home products will be discussed during the consultation so you leave feeling educated and empowered to take the next step in your Aesthetics journey with us.
Tattoo Removal Consultation

For patients who wish to have a consult to discuss tattoo removal treatment options. You must have a consultation before we can begin the procedure of removing your tattoo to discuss a treatment plan.
Pricing is dependant on size and colour of tattoo. Please allow a additional $10-$20 for aftercare.
Cost of consultation is redeemable on first treatment.
Phone/Virtual Consultation

Unable to make into the clinic or don't live near by? No need to worry as we can have a consultation over the phone or even via FaceTime!
Secret Skincare (medicated) Consultation

Most people don’t know what product will be best for their skin concerns, which is where the Secret Skincare doctors’ step in to help. If you’re unsure what product to choose from within the range, their doctors will make the recommendation for you. To get your recommendation, simply book a consultation and together we can complete the skin questionnaire.
New Client - Skin Analysis

An in-depth skin analysis with a professional skin therapist, to outline skin problems.
This time is product or service redeemable, our therapist will outline an extensive skin journey plan and assess skin health, we will use your total paid to allocate treatments or skincare products to help provide skincare education.
