Booking Policy
We understand things pop up unexpectedly and as a business we do try to accomodate as much as we can but we would like to remind you that we do require at least 24 hours notice of cancellations or rescheduling.
We find it impossible to fill cancelled appointments at short notice. Last minute cancellations and no shows have a significant impact on small businesses such as ours and our team that are waiting to service you. Any cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your booking time will incur a loss of deposit. No shows will incur full cost of treatment booked.
We ask that you arrive 5-10min earlier than your scheduled time to allow for you to check in and fill in any forms that may be required. If you are late to your appointment, we may need to cut down the length of time the treatment is performed, if for any reason we can no longer provide the full extent of the service to you with the standard of 5-star quality we reserve the right to forfeit your booking and deposit.
